Proposed 2025-2026 Calendar Feedback

The Starmont Community School District invites feedback from parents, staff, and community members regarding developing the 2025-2026 District calendar. 

All feedback will be considered in developing a calendar to recommend to the Board of Directors. 

The District calendar is made up of student instructional days, holidays, parent-teacher conference dates, professional learning dates, and staff progress reporting days.  Click here for the Proposed Calendar 2025-26 .

If you want to allow more flexibility, please contact your local Iowa Representative or Senator and ask for an earlier start date (Wednesday, August 20th would be nice.). 

Parents, staff, and community members may attend the public hearing on Monday, April 14th at 6:30 PM in the Starmont High School Conference Room  to provide feedback. 

Feedback can also be provided by sharing ideas on the this form until April 10th, 2025.
