Starmont Community Patrons,

Because the Board has called an election to extend the district’s Physical Plant and Equipment Levy, the board position formerly held by Jason Gearhart will now be up for election.

Per Iowa law (279.6), school board vacancies are typically filled by appointment until the next regular or special election.
